This Privacy Policy describes how MBOS MCHJ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MNazorat mobile application and related services (the "Service").

MNazorat is a business workforce management application for enterprises. It helps organizations assign tasks, monitor work activity during scheduled work hours, and review operational performance. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.
• Application or App means the MNazorat software program provided by the Company.
• Company means MBOS MCHJ, Tinchlik ko'chasi 6a uy, Urganch, Xorazm viloyati, O'zbekiston, IT Park binosi, 3-qavat, 306 xona, Uzbekistan.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a mobile phone or tablet.
• Employer / Organization means the company or institution that provides you access to MNazorat and manages your account, tasks, and schedules.
• Personal Data (or Personal Information) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We use "Personal Data" and "Personal Information" interchangeably unless a law uses a specific term.
• Service means the Application and related services operated by the Company.
• Service Provider means a third party that processes data on our behalf to help us operate the Service (for example, hosting or infrastructure providers).
• Usage Data means data collected automatically when you use the Service (for example, device type, app version, or technical logs).
• You means the individual using the Service, or the organization on whose behalf an individual uses the Service.

2.1 Personal Data you provide

When you use the Service, we or your employer may process:

• First and last name
• Phone number (used for sign-in and account identification)
• Account credentials (login information)
• Organization and role information assigned by your employer
• Task-related content you create or receive (descriptions, comments, status updates, and attached files where the feature is enabled)

2.2 Location data

With your permission, MNazorat collects precise location to support workforce monitoring and task operations for your employer.

• Location may be collected during your configured work schedule, including when the app runs in the background, if you grant "Always" or equivalent background location permission.
• Location is used for operational purposes (for example, verifying presence during work hours and supporting field workforce management), not for third-party advertising.
• If you deny location permission or background permission, location-dependent features may be limited or unavailable.

2.3 Automatically collected data (Usage Data)

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Unique device identifiers (such as device or vendor identifiers used for security and session management)
• IP address and technical logs
• Time zone and request metadata needed to operate the Service

2.4 Biometric authentication (on-device)

If you enable biometric unlock (such as Face ID or fingerprint), authentication is performed by your device's operating system. We do not receive or store your biometric data on our servers.

2.5 Files and media (where enabled)

On platforms where the feature is supported, you may attach files or images to tasks. Such content is processed to provide task and reporting features for your employer.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Assign, track, and report on tasks and work activity
• Process location data during work schedules for employer workforce monitoring
• Communicate with you about the Service (support, security, or operational notices)
• Improve performance, security, and reliability of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not use your Personal Data for third-party advertising or sell your Personal Data to data brokers.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process Personal Data based on:

• Performance of a contract with your employer or with you as a user
• Legitimate interests in operating a secure workforce management platform
• Your consent (for example, location permissions)
• Legal obligations

5. How We Share Personal Data

We may share Personal Data:

• With your employer / organization that provides your account (this is the primary purpose of MNazorat)
• With Service Providers who assist us (for example, cloud hosting), under confidentiality and data protection obligations
• For legal reasons if required by law, court order, or government request
• For business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), with notice where required by law
• With your consent for any other purpose you approve

We do not share Personal Data with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We may retain certain data longer when required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.

• Account information: duration of account plus up to 24 months after closure
• Usage / technical logs: up to 24 months
• Location and task data: as required for employer operations and legal obligations; deleted or anonymized when no longer needed

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your Personal Data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (for example, location permission via device settings)
• Request a copy of your data

In the app: You may manage some information through your account settings.

Contact us to exercise your rights (see Section 14). If you deny location or other permissions, some features may not function.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business and workforce use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

13. App Store / Google Play Data Disclosure Summary

MNazorat may collect, as applicable:

• Contact info (name, phone number)
• Location (precise location, including during work hours and in background when permitted)
• Identifiers (user ID, device ID)
• User content (task-related text and files)
• Diagnostics (technical logs for security and stability)

Data is used for app functionality and employer workforce operations, linked to the user's identity, and not used for tracking or third-party advertising as described in this Policy.
